Record a real transaction
Enter only settled amounts with a matching receipt or reconciliation file. The account must actually have received the funds before you record a donation. For foreign currency receipts, use the actual net ZAR equivalent at the conversion date, not an estimated rate.
Private transaction history
A “Farm credit confirmed” entry requires receiving-bank or bookkeeper evidence. Files are private. An entry missing its file is excluded from public totals. A correction removes the entry from public totals but preserves an audit record.
